In this article, the author delves into the extensive history of itinerant book vendors, tracing the historical evolution of this profession in the post-print era and examining the selling methods employed by these book vendors. Utilizing marginal notes found in various libraries across Iran, the article provides a list of itinerant book vendors during the Qajar and Pahlavi eras.
