Abstract

The works titled "Andarznāmeh" are outstanding and valuable examples of the literary heritage of the orient nations and have a special place in the Arabic and Persian languages and literature. Usually, such works, away from ideological biases, try to establish an effective and stable relationship with their audience, and in this direction, they use all human cultural resources. The present article introduces one of these works, namely the book "Adab al-Sīyāsah Bil'adl wa Tabyīn al-Ṣādiq al-Karīm al-Rafī' Bil'aql min al-Aḥmaq al-La'īm al-Waḍī' Biljaḥl"  written by al-Mubārak bin al-Khalīl al-Khāzandār al-Badrī Al-Mowsilī al-Irmawī and a precious and newly found manuscript of this book. This manuscript, besides the text of the book, contains unique features such as a commentary by Shiite scholars such as Ali bin Isā Irbilī and Abdul Karīm bin Ṭāvūs, written by themselves.
