Nasir al-Din Kashāni (Qāshi) Helli (d: 755 AH) is one of the most important Imami theologians and logicians of the middle centuries. His works, especially his valuable explanations and annotations on theological, logical, and philosophical works, are considered to be of high importance. However, so far no significant articles have been written on his works and his thoughts. This paper first of all tries to gather the dispersed information regarding his life, education, and teaching which have been documented in various sources. Following this, his works, the theological ones in particular, are going to be introduced.
