Having talked over Akhundzāde’s autobiography, he publishes Akhundzāde’s manuscript in Persian which has not been available so far. In the last part of this article, the writer presents the first and the last pages of SavādTaghrir by Ottoman academic council, a translation of the Ottoman academic council’s statement, and also the text of an article about the aforementioned subject which was read by ManifAfandi in Ottoman academic council.
