B’azMasāleb Al-Navāseb fi NaqzB’azFazāeh Al-Ravāfez, known as Al-Naqz, is one of Shia valuable works which was written by Abd Al-JalilQazviniRāzi during the first years of the second half of the 6th century. It has been written to reject the issues which were presented in B’azFazāeh Al-Ravāfezwhose writer has been one of Sunni scholars who has written the book in order to disproof Shia and approve Sunni school. Therefore, Abd Al-JalilQazviniRāzihas compiled Al-Naqz in order to confirm the righteousness of Jafrai religion and the Twelver mode. In the following article, the author, firstly, provides a short biography of the writer of the book and his works. Then, he has a quick review to Al-Naqzand its content. He also talks about the writer’s purpose of writing this work. In the last part, he introduces some of the available manuscripts of this book.
