A Plan for Evaluating the Books before Publishing

Abstract
In the following essay, the author has tried to provide a plan to evaluate every book prior to its publishing. This plan, which has been presented by one of the England academic society named the Society of New Humanities Researches,is related to economic issues in publishing. This proposal includes some parts such as primary information of the book and statements which support the book.
