Civilized Islam is one of the works which intends to provide a modern interpretation of Islamic concepts, and thus propose a plan for achieving Islamic civilization without any assimilations of western modernity. This book which has been written by a group of Islamic scholars was published by the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization of the International Islamic University in Malaysia in 2009. In the following paper, the author is trying to give a short summary of the book. Therefore, he, firstly, introduces every chapter by its name and author, and then discusses its content.
