Religious Typology in Qazzāli’s Epistemic System

Abstract
Abu Hamed Mohammad Qazzāli is one of the effective figures in Islamic culture. He has presented an important issue regarding religious typology which is a very significant field in religious sociology. In the present article, the author tries to discuss and examine different kinds of Qazzāli’s epistemic religiosity and typology. However, he, firstly, talks about Qazzāli’s life and education. Then, he briefly explains about the difference between Qazzāli and Descartes with regard to their philosophy and ideas about achieving the truth. Finally, he talks over Qazzāli’s criticism of the scholars of his time.
