Abstract
Pegāh-e Bāvaris the Persian title of Matla’ al-I’tiqād fi Ma’rifat al-Mabda wa al-Ma’ād, a book written by the Shiite poet Mullā Muhammad Fozuli Baghdadi. This book is translated by Hussain Muhammadzāde Seddiq and is published by University of Religions publishing house in 1390. In this article, the author is going to review and criticize this book. Regarding this, he intends to scrutinize the evident deficiencies in the introduction and the translator’s translation in several sectors, including: ill-considered claims, mistranslation, incorrect recording of the names, writing mistakes and typos, and disorganized index.
