Abstract
Neo Gulistānby Pedrām Ibrāhimi is a humorous narrative of some parts of Sa’di’s Gulistān as well as some anecdotes of his Bustān. Neo Gulistān, besides the preface and glossary, is composed of fifty three stories. The first chapter of the book, entitled “Dar Ma’nā” (meaning), includes twenty stories. The second chapter, titled “Dar Parāntiz” (in parentheses), incorporates anecdotes number twenty one to twenty six. The third chapter, named “Dar Surat”, has covered the rest of the stories. This article is going to review the book, and to discuss some parts of its content.
