Abstract
Among the most important references are dictionaries in which the words of one or several languages are gathered in a particular order. In the present paper, the author has tried to provide a report of the Comprehensive Dictionary of the Persian Language. Regarding this, she firstly introduces the author and the publisher of this work, and then mentions some other points such as the work assets pointed out by the author in its preface, the way of compilation of the text, and the reasons for its being unique and comprehensive. In the last part, she talks about some of the book problems.
