The Rituals of Reciting and Writing of the Qur’an in Al-sīra al-Nabawiyya (Prophetic Biography) can be incorporated in the Qur’anic- hadith studies. In this book, while the author has attempted to describe how the Messenger of Allah established thereciting and writing of the Qur’an, he has also tried to define and analyze the good patterns of the Qur’an learning and promotion among the younger generation of the Muslim world. In the present article, the author is going to criticize this book. Therefore, he, first of all, considers the author’s essential questions and the most important results which he has gained. Then, he explains about the book structure, mentioning its parts and chapters along with their content. Finally, he points out some of the book flaws.
