Abstract
Methodology of the Islamic Studies in the West is a collection of the lectures presented by Abd al-Aziz Sāshādinā in the Department of Civilization Studies in the Research Center of Islamic Sciences and Culture. This book consists of six chapters. In the first five chapters professor Sāshādināexplains about different periods of Islamic studies; and in the sixth chapter he talks of his own method of Islamic studies. This book is going to be published by the publication of the Research Center of Islamic Studies and Culture. In the present article, the author intends to briefly explain about the content of the book chapters.
