Abstract
Because of the advent of the new technologies, the number of the documents which are produced in electronic form has greatly increased. Therefore, some issues such as the documents organization, their preservation, their processing and management have turned to be enormously important. In this article, the author is going to make the reader familiar with the features, benefits, and the challenges of managing the electronic documents.
