Serving as a continuation of his well-known works <em>The System of Women’s Rights in Islam</em> and <em>The Question of Ḥijāb</em>, this volume brings together material from a series of lectures as well as previously unpublished notes left by Motahhari. As such, it may be regarded as a significant complement to his views on women and gender-related issues. The book is characterized by Motahhari’s defense of Islamic perspectives on women, coupled with his criticism of certain prevailing social traditions and, at the same time, his critique of what he regarded as the destructive tendencies and inconsistencies of modern Western approaches to women. As a thoughtful scholar and intellectual, Motahhari addresses these issues with a depth and command that distinguish his work from many other writings on the subject. This article provides an overview of the principal themes and arguments presented in this newly published volume and examines its significance within the broader context of Moṭahharī’s thought on women and society.   تازه ترین مجلد از مجموعه آثار مرحوم استاد شهید مرتضی مطهری، مجلد 35 است که به طور کامل اختصاص به مباحث زن در اسلام دارد. این مباحث، در ادامه دو کتاب <em>نظام حقوق زن در اسلام</em> و کتاب <em>مسأله حجاب</em>، مباحثی است که مرحوم مطهری در چندین جلسه سخنرانی و همین‌طور یادداشت‌های برجای‌مانده دنبال کرده است. درواقع این کتاب، مکمل دیدگاه‌های ایشان درباره زن به شمار می‌آید. نگاه مدافعانه آقای مطهری از دیدگاه‌های اسلامی، همراه با انتقادهایی از برخی از سنت‌های جاری و هم‌زمان انتقاد از ویران‌گری‌ها و دورویی‌هایی که فرهنگ غرب در باره زن مطرح کرده، بر این کتاب غالب است. در عین حال، آقای مطهری به عنوان یک دانشمند اندیشمند، از همه کسانی که در این سا‌ل‌ها درباره زن نوشته‌اند، جدی‌تر و مسلط‌تر سخن می گوید. در این مقاله، مروری بر محتوای دیدگاه‌های ایشان در این مجلد از مجموعه آثار داریم. https://jap.isca.ac.ir/article_80061_6641ed3532f427f7ed9954eeecd31d9a.pdf
