However, some people have considered using this word as a kind of disrespect, and a sign of taking stance against Islam or Arab. In the present article, the author talks about the structure of this term. Reflecting on the way the word “tāzi” has been used by the scholars of the religious sciences and old literature, the author makes it clear that there is no sign of insult when one uses this word. در ادب و فرهنگ ما، کاربرد واژه تازی به معنای زبان عربی یا نژاد عربی، پیشینه ای دراز دارد. با این همه، برخی از افراد، کاربرد واژه تازی را به معنای عرب یا عربی متضمن نوعی بی احترامی انگاشته اند و نشان گونه ای موضع گیری در برابر اسام یا عرب، تلقی کرده اند. نویسنده در نوشتار پیش رو، درباره ساختار این واژه، سخن به میان آورده است و با درنگ در کاربردهای واژه تازی توسط پیشوایان علوم دین و ادب و فرهنگ قدیم، روشن می سازد که نشانی از اهانت یا سبکداشت در استخدام و استعمال واژه تازی، وجود ندارد. https://jap.isca.ac.ir/article_67552_069f6030a3ea50fbb745176281da848b.pdf
